Our SYF final artwork
Imperium - Machine Head
Sorry for the late update. I didn't have the urge to update. Here I am now, updating my blog once again for my loyal readers to read. Let's post something about today. (:
Sutrie, Issha, Ayesha and I left the school at almost 2:30pm. Actually, we should have gone at around 1. But Mr Siva kept changing the time. He even instructed us to take the truck! None of us did and we took Mr Siva's car to the CHIJ Secondary School or whatever the name of the school is, I swear I didn't catch the school's name. But I know it was at Toa Payoh. Mr Siva dropped us first while he went to withdraw some cash to pay the driver who helped to send our paintings. We took our paintings and proceeded to the Needle Work Room to submit our paintings. I had to follow Mr Siva to do the registering while the rest waited for us to take the stickers which has numbers on it. I swear I was jealous of the paintings from the other schools. Hopefully, we get gold with honour. Mr Siva told us to pray hard for that. (:
And you know what? Once everything has been settled, Mr Siva didn't send us home. He did send us, but he dropped us at the Toa Payoh Interchange! Firstly, he told us that he was going to leave us over there (the school), we didn't believe at first. He told us that his house is nearby. Issha checked on the sticker which was pasted on the window screen of the car and it was true that Mr Siva's house is at Toa Payoh. Mr Siva changed his mind and he only dropped us at the interchange nearby. I was quite disappointed with him. How could he leave his students behind? Nevermind. We decided to go to Plaza Singapura as we wanted to see some materials for art. But the material which they wanted to buy, was out of stock. After that, we decided to walk to LaSalle as it was very near. I never get to look LaSalle right in front of my eyes. I only saw the building from far and I was in a bus that time. It was only a quick look. In the end, we had to cancel the plan as the weather didn't look so good. Proceeded home and here I am now updating. (:
Thanks Ayesha for the $5. A week to go! Note to self: Don't forget to do the ordering on the 29th. By the way readers, I won't be updating that often as mid year exam is just around the corner. Need to do a lot of revision. I want to do better for art. I want to do a lot of prep work like what Miss Ong showed to the whole class just now. I feel so semangat after all!
