I have a friend, who is very concern about me. If she wasn't there for me, I would have been lying unconsciously on the stadium seats. I would have suffered, waiting for someone to send me home. Thank God, I was blessed with this kind of human to help me. One more thing God, make her strong. In a sense of making her strong enough to carry me in the future (just in case if the same situation happens to me) I want to apologize for troubling you also. Thanks for the help Phat Bebo! ♥

I learnt something new today, don't jog when you only eat a 5cm piece of a prata. Don't jog when you don't have a proper breakfast. Don't jog on the track, wave to the invisible spectators and feel as if you're representing for Singapore in the Beijing Olympics! You'll bear the consequences! I swear to you, the situation was horrible!

Menstrual cramps + cold sweat + nausea + dizziness = horrible!

Took a taxi home and the driver was quite concern about me. Didn't know that some drivers are quite nice. Headed home and then nenek massaged my head and stomach. I felt quite better after that. Took a shower and decided to take pictures at Pasir Ris Park with Bebo. I'll upload the pictures if I'm free to do so. Sick in the morning, hyper in the afternoon. (:
