Gift Carnival II
Gift Carnival was awesome! Early in the morning, went to school with Nazimah and made a stop at Caltex to buy 2 tins of Redbull for dear. Couldn't wait to see how was the event going on and headed to school. Met Issha first as she was alone and went to the lab of Pens's boyfriend. Last two nights, I discovered that my Canon's CF card slot was spoiled. I thought it was something minor. Then I showed to Mr Kok yesterday and he told me to send it for a service. How disappointed I felt? Luckily, Mr Kok lent me one of the school's camera. He also lent Issha the other one and a video camcorder for Phat. All of us went down to the parade square and started to take pictures and videos. It was my very first experience, going around taking pictures and I didn't have a phobia! It was very fun running here and there just to take pictures. Let's skip some of the parts. I heard that the 1200 people sitting on one chair attempt was successful. Congratulations to those who participated. Went around alone as everyone was busy and I was taking my break. Thank you Ayesha for taking over. (:
Nazimah dedicated a song 'Twist and Shout' (if I'm not wrong) by the Beatles to me, Phat and Sutrie. It was very sweet of her. Everything went smoothly, except for the raining part. Went to the hall to watch the prize-giving ceremony. Headed to Mr Kok's lab to see the pictures and Miss Neo told us that the students could join the reception. All of us went down in a hurry and took our food to eat. I don't know why Mr Kok loved the almond pudding which tasted like anti-biotic? He ate four of those! I had so much fun during the Carnival and I can't wait to transfer all the pictures from Mr Kok's computer to my CF this Tuesday!
